Spending Christmas holidays at this quiet resort was quite an experience. Away from city noise and nestled in a secluded area, it provided much-needed peace. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great ambience. The food served was delicious. I particularly enjoyed their room service, which offered tasty meals at affordable prices. the people running the place were always ready to promptly attend to our needs.
Some important things were missing. There was no menu to be found, nor were toiletries provided.

The room had a great atmosphere and was very comfortable with lovely decor. the food was also good and we enjoyed ordering room service. One of the best things about this place is the location - it's tucked away from the city and surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
the staff seemed a bit disorganized and we had to repeatedly request items like extra towels and cutlery.
